Hina Rabbani visit to Joint Staff Hq & NDU

Islamabad - 11th October 2011

Today on Tuesday Ms Hina Rabbani Khar , Foreign Minister of Pakistan visited the Joint Staff Headquarters and met General Khalid Shameem Wynne ,Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. She remained with the Chairman for some time and discussed matters related to regional security. Later Ms Hina Rabbani Khar also visited Strategic Planning Division.

Afterwords she also visited NDU (National Defence University) where she was received by Lieutenant General Agha Muhammad Umer Farooq. Later Ms Hina Rabbani Khar delivered a lecture on Foreign policy of Pakistan : Challenges and responses.

Air Chief Subhawong meets General Shameem Wyne

Today on Tuesday the Air  Chief Marshal Itthaporn Subhawong, Commander-in-Chief Royal Thai Air Force called on General Khalid Shameem Wynne (HI), Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) here at Chaklala and discussed matters related to mutual interest of Pakistan and Thailand.
